Icons on Taskbar disappearing

I've restarted Explorer.exe which has fixed the issue temporarily but I'd like to take a more long term approach and kill the problem once and for all.

I've noticed that the problem lays within a sketchy app called "Spoon Console" but I've deleted the app and the problem keeps happening.

I'm using Windows 8, 64 bit.

Download & Run MiniToolBox

Click the following:

• Flush DNS
• List content of Hosts
• List Installed Programs

Copy & Paste the Logs into a Pastebin Post.

Download & Install RKill

Allow it to Run, it will out-put a set of Logs.

Copy & Paste them on to Pastebin.com

Post the link(s) to the logs once the scans have finished.
