He is the new author(meaning new owner/updater) of DotA. After Guinsoo abandoned continuing DotA just because he was hired by Steam, He had assigned Icefrog to continue his works. Icefrog is now very rich and famous because of DotA, plus he have a new project now, the DotA 2. Lol i actually told you the story.
