Ice Blitz VS Ice Barrage

What's the difference between them? Are they the same just that one hits multiple targets? If not how much better is barrage on a 1VS1?

It hits all the people that you can within a certain distance.
Ice Barrage hits twice as hard as blitz. But Blitz is fun to DDS rush with.

That, but sometimes when your in a non-multi area, it still hits more than blitz

Ice barrage does more damage than blitz i.e. Barrage = 300 damage & Blitz = 260
Also, these can be boosted with a staff of light/master wand and an arcane pulse/stream necklace for a maximum of up to 450 with ice barrage which is totally kickass

from the top of my head, naturally a staff of light is better; it gives a 15% bonus and master wand gives 10% I think
