I want to lose at least 10kg. What should I do?

There's no easy way. You still have to exercise and have proper diet. Drink plenty of water and eat high fiber foods. Drink tea too.

And here's one trick though: Eat as many as you can in the morning until 6 pm. After that, don't put anything in your mouth already. So you eat dinner earlier at 6 so that what you ate will still be digested before you go to sleep.

This is strictly what i needed

^^ oh wow, that's cheaper than I pondering they would be as a service to her!!
Is there a website after her gowns?

I absolutely LIKING those dresses, I have seen them all during the place. If I had the league (and capital) I would unequivocally collect one. I love Megan Fox too, she is my height. I wish I had her main part!

Drink lots of water, avoid junk food. Go for long brisk walks, skip lunch and go for salads and juices instead. Never take fat and red meat. Try to avoid eating while watching TV and never eat irregularly. I am sure some work-out will help.

Try avoiding oily food, stop eating fast food high calorie and fats food. And join a gym and do exercise regularly.

You are beautiful but you will be more beautiful if you try this with good will power. Try like me. If you feel bored, listen your music with MP3 or MP4 or IPad or Iphone, whatever gadget you have, when walking. Good luck!

I'll try that! I must choose dance music for that!

hmm sounds interesting. I should learn how to compute my calorie intake ASAP. Thanks!

WOW! Thanks for the very informative answer!

I suggest dieting.
Stop eating foods with grease and etc, as they hold extra fat.

Drink lots of water, and I would slightly starve yourself and work-out.

I think so too! Thank you for that! I'll be needing a strong determination to do so. I can do it!

I had the same situation like you before. I weighed 52kg and I really felt that I was not living a healthy lifestyle. So, I tried hard to trim down and I did it successfully! I am 43kg. just my normal BMI (body mass index). Here are the things I did:
1. I changed my lifestyle. I takes a lot of effort trimming down everyday and then, your lifestyle is still the same. Worst lifestyle is being a couch potato!
2. Have a healthy diet. It is better is have small frequent feeding than binge-eating. When you binge and eat, then the bolus of food will probably become fats deposited at the fat-prone area (you know where). It will start to build-up there.
3. Exercise. I do jog everyday. Early morning but with a twist - I wear a binder because it will help me shape up and I could sweat even more. I even wear binders sometimes if I am sleeping. It will somehow burn fats.
4. You can have a water therapy. If it works.
5. Try to compute your normal BMI if it fits your weight in proportion to your height. Maybe you are not fat after all but you only think that way.
Hope these things help....

I would just like to comment on these stuff for it struck me on certain things. I know that there are benefits on these but let me point out the don'ts for these:

1. Eat eggs... as many as you want, as often as you want. Filling and packs a lot of protein. Minimum of 4 eggs a day.

>>This is not a good idea. It may have a lot of protein but it also contain a lot of cholesterol stored in the egg yolk. If you are in a low-fat diet then it is advisable to eat ONE or TWO eggs in a DAY. Not a MINIMUM of four.

2. (3.) Eat apples, as many as you want, as often as you want. Apples are high in water content and each one has 5 grams of fiber. A perfect snack. Minimum of 3 apples a day.

>>I know that apple is a good source of fiber and it can somewhat emulsify fats but I also learned that eating apple in the evening is not a good idea. Since its a fat emulsifier it can also trigger the release of some digestive enzymes like hydrochloric acid and its not a good one if you are trying to burn not only fats but also your stomach linings. It is good to eat apples in the morning but not advisable during the night.

Good luck on this!

You have to discipline yourself, do not eat to much if possible eat little only during supper. Try to read some magazines or books about physical fitness and also try to engage yourself to a aerobic exercises like jugging, rope jumping, push ups or play baskeball

I suggest you watch the episodes of the biggest loser. This kind of TV shows would give you motivation to follow what some of the casts are able to achieve in so short a time. You also need to surround yourself with people who can give you moral support in your quest. Most importantly, if set your goal to lose weight then stick with it 100 percent otherwise you'll just gain back or even double the fat you'll have if you stop.
