But I am lost at what to do. I want to get it in a month. No botting. I would rather not spend any money because I only have 4m. I would rather make some money. I just would like some guidance on what to do.

Here are my current stats:
 
Do cooking, it's possible to earn money and it's quick like shit. Fletching is also quick and cheap. (I earned 1mil).
 
I like fletching, and cooking too. What would be some good strategies for them?
 
Cooking: What I did:
58 (I started with 58), - 90, Salmons
90 - 94 monkfish
94 - 99 sharks but now there is rocktails at 95 I think
94 - 95 sharks
95 - 99 rocktails

Fletching:

77 (Your lvl)
77 - 97 Yew longs
Now you should have earned like... 500k?
Spend them on arrowtips and arrowshafts, will take 1 hour to get 98, (If I counted right), 98 - 99 do whatever you want. (Yew longs, Mage longs or arrows)

(Arrows = Adamant+).
 
I am doing Yew Longs atm. Should I high alch them for the mage exp, or sell them?
 
You should do either Woodcutting or Fishing, if your going to do it legit just do it in a german world and it's a good skill to partly afk. Also gets you money =D
 
Eh woodcutting takes too long, and I am too far a way for fishing. I think I will do fletching.
 
Bot soulwars str, 70-99 in 2-3 weeks!
 
Fletch Maple longbow (u)'s you make a small profit on each log but it sure does add up. Plus, you can fletch while you watch tv/movies on your television or computer screen.
 
With 4million GP you should just bot cooking, you won't lose that much, I got to 90 cooking in around 2 days, it's easy.

If you have the cash, or if you ever get the cash, prayer is the fastest IMO.
(Never tried herblore)

Went from 1-86 prayer in 1 day using dragon bones, if I used frost bones I'd probably be at 90-92.
