That's pretty bullcrap. Refund him the money he payed for Power+. He's not even close to meeting the requirements.

EDIT: He doesn't even have the Power+ award, so it was most likely a mistake.
 
In all honestly, I'm not even surprised. From what I've seen, only about 1/3 of the current Power+ members actually met the requirements before purchasing Power+.

Unless this person is in Power+ for a certain reason, or it might have been a mistake. Who knows?

I understand if they don't have everything that's needed, though this is out of proportion. He is no where close to meeting them so I was thinking it was a mistake.
 
He isn't in power+. Apparently I accidentally clicked power+ instead of power. It's been fixed.
