I think I have a virus..?

Each time I refresh or load a page on Safari, this fucker comes up.

On the top it says: "RelopiX" and I googled it and it's apparently a dangerous threat. There are downloads to delete it but they're all for Windows whilst I'm on a Mac. Can anybody help me out?

Im on a mac as well but what it looks like is a web browser addon. But like a 3rd party one. Try going into your web browser and deleting it. (i may be wrong)
