No, it is hard to explain if you aren't very experienced with it. It is a trickshot mod menu that you can use to fake clips basically.
 
It's only 30$ man comeon you can't be that broke
 
My friend has this. If i can contact him( i stopped cod trickshotting a long time ago and havent talked to him in a while) i can try and get u it.
