I am thinking i need to quit smoking weed for awhile. Ive been high almost every day for the past year and it has taken a toll on my body along with my wallet. In the past 2 weeks alone ive spent over $400 on weed and accessories. I don't have a job so i don't get much income. Maybe once i get a job ill be able to support it more.

I need to cut down also it's a huge money blower :(

That's why I don't smoke :p its a horrible habit

Yeah I agree. You should quit for a bit because obviously it is taking too long for you to get high. As it should only take 1-2 hits max to get you high. If it takes anymore you should quit, and start back up after a month of even longer, and it will than only take 1-2 hits once again. You have built a pretty big tolerance level from the sounds of it. 400 in two weeks its 2 ounces where I live. That is an ounce a week. Before I quit the first time I was smoking an ounce in one sitting sometimes numerous each day. It's not even worth it at the point which is why I quit for about 2 years, and started back up now I am back down to a one hit quit, and I am loving it. Basically an eighth will last me a month. Sometimes I have to get more though. It depends how much I party, cause I tend to smoke a bit more while partying.

Honestly i still do get high after 1-2 hits. I really think i will for awhile. Hopefully

Yea I cut down on smoking last month and it feels great. First week is alittle hard to get use to not smoking every day but in the long run its worth it.

Nothing like taking a tolerance break and then maybe picking it up it every now and then in the future. If it is impacted your finances that bad, might be a good idea man.

God I wish i got high in 1 to 2 hits It takes me 4 or 5 and im new @ this lol

thats another reason i never picked up smoking. Its a bad habit and its a pretty big waist of money if you dont have extra money.

Hmm...thats a lot of damn money. lol...anyways goodluck with this :if i were you, i would quit...but im not you so....its up to you sir :)

400$ is a lot of money to me, If I were in that situation that you were in, I'd quit.

400$ = shit ton of McDonalds. :D

400$ = some sick ass OG's and money making opportunity's defiantely stop smoking until you get back down to 1-2 hits.

You wont regret the smoke break if you do. The money you'll gain, and the rewarding feeling of that first toke when u come back to it. WORTH IT. haha goodluck man!

Because its a relaxer from school and its helps me not feel depressed.

Then maybe you should speak to your doctor or see someone about the depression rather than relying on Cannabis to relieve it.

Maybe this seems very harsh but what is it with American kids and depression? I grew up in a pretty rough area of Glasgow, gangs, stabbings, shootings, murders (2 friends), 3 friends in jail for murder, junkies and heroin dealers but I've never even heard of anyone being depressed within my age group or showing signs of depression. Is it just a culture thing? Because when I go on forums filled mostly with Americans there seems to be a lot of depressed kids.

I have more family problems then anything. My sister is mentally ill and crazy, then there is my dad who is a complete fucking asshole. my parent's are obviously split up and me and my mom are stuck with my crazy sister.
