Alright so this is the situation. I was selling voucher codes for a product. Meaning I just sold him a code that granted him one free item. A user purchased the voucher code from me and said he'd pay me when the product arrived. Time and time went by and the tablet finally arrived at his house(4-5 weeks shipping.) He stated that they wound up sending him the wrong tablet. He's not arguing with me saying that I need to contact the company and sort it out for him when I was just selling a voucher for the product. The fact that they sent him the wrong product is for him to contact the company about. Am I wrong for telling him that he needs to contact the company himself? I myself was just selling a voucher code for the item. I'm not the costumer support for the website.
