I need some help

I have these 2 Xbox accounts and their boths somewhat og, I forgot the email on the accounts but I still get some message from Xbox about the accounts, I know the passwords, but not the emails is there anyway I can get the emails? Help will be rewarded! If anyone can help me I will give them one of the 2 gamertags

I could be wrong but I think you got those emails because you set that email as your alt email, I think if you call xbox with all the info you have on the accounts you should have a shot at getting them back.

Try contacting Xbox support. Your Emails have to have something linked, other Emails or even a mobile device. I would help you, but I am no longer an ambassador and don't have permission.
