Ok so I just got a new tag it's just a ok semi but for some reasons on Xbox.com I can't send any friend request but I can accept them what is going on I've never seen this before I can't send anyone a fr
 
does it come up in orange and says something like an error accoured or something cuz that happens to me as well
 
The previous owner/s have set the account too privacy protection.

https://live.xbox.com/en-US/Account/Settings

Set the first option too "Everyone".

When you've done that, scroll down or too the top and press "save".
 
The first option has always been on everyone I don't get what's going on :/

Yes that's exactly what it does I can't add anyone wtf

um is there live on the account or is it a fresh silver with no live

I don't think that's it Ive had a bunch of tags with no live fresh silvers and I've always been able to add people

really thats strange cuz when i get fresh silvers sometimes i can only add 2 or 3 people then it starts saying error
