Ok I have jail broken iPod and it is SUUUUPPPERRRR slow I don't wanna take the jailbreak off but I do want to make it fast, any ideas???

My advice would be to restore it and Re-Jailbreak it. That's what I had to do.

Delete some of the larger apps.

I'm not 100% sure if this is true but I never did that. You might have to update it though :/
