Can an admin preform this to my group?

EDIT: Sorry, didn't see the scan, I'm really tired and about to go to bed. The stars won't be increased though.

Correction, no Administrator(s) have yet performed the above task.

User-stars will not be increased nor decreased, four is the default amount for any member's user-group. I will re-configure your group in just a moment. :blackhat:
