I NEED HELP

Are you using a VPN ? sometimes this will mess up game connections if not configured properly.

i am not using a vpn it happens where ever i am at it has do with my computer considering im constantly on the move
 
Iv'e never played CSGO considering its full of hackers but looks like this problem has something to do with your internet connection.
 
Try going into Library, right click on Counter-Strike : Global Offensive and go to Properties. Then go to Local Files, and click Verify Integrity of Game Cache, it should download then retry.
Let me know if it worked.
 
I just did that but I do beleive I have tried this before and it didnt work any other suggestions @Joseph
 
Try reinstalling (but delete all game content via steam?)

how do i delete the game content do i delete the csgo folder ?
 
You right click the game in your Library and click Delete Local Content, then reinstall it.

All I had to do was restart my computer.
If you're using cheats, it could be the cheat or a feature on it.
