Anyone here familiar with the labor laws in the US?
 
I live in Texas, and I need to know about labor laws. I worked 106 hours in one week and was never compensated. Matter of fact, he refuses to even talk to me.

Go read a law book then log off and go outside.

@Fireworks you can take him to small claims court.

Have a lawyer send him a letter outlining that you want your payment and if he still doesn't pay up then you can GG him in court.

I read that online too, so I will probably do that. They said that if I write a letter with a given time to return date, send it to him and he doesn't reply, that's pretty much my win. I'll do one for his last known address. I'll give him 10 days to respond. Thanks @Shift

@Alaska , I don't think that's right. lol Also, look at your source. Some dude on another forum, so, its not all entirely too credible.
