I read that online too, so I will probably do that. They said that if I write a letter with a given time to return date, send it to him and he doesn't reply, that's pretty much my win. @Fireworks you can take him to small claims court.
Have a lawyer send him a letter outlining that you want your payment and if he still doesn't pay up then you can GG him in court.
