Well, A while ago i was setting things on fire.. I spilt one thing on my bed and it burnt through a bit.. I need to think of an excuse of why there burn marks in my covers.

Any help?

I would say exactly that, otherwise they'll come to worse conclusions, e.g Smoking etc.
 
They know i don't smoke after i spent a year or so making my dad stop and there is nothing to make them think that i have.. (apart from these burns)
 
You could say that you ripped a massive fart, but that's it.

If they ask just be like I was playing with fire and I messed up I wont do it again

Just say that I was stupid and was lighting things on fire and that happened. Go straight to them without them coming to you and seeing it. They might think your hiding something otherwise.

And when you came, it completely burned through your covers.
Then tell them not to freak out on you because you're lucky you're still alive.. the girl wasn't as lucky.

Either tell the truth, or you could say something like.. I left the lamp on the bedsheets and it burned it.. (I don't know if that would actually happen though)
 
Just tell them that you were making a pipe bomb and some of the gun powder fell out and it got on your bed. And when you were testing the connectivity of the car battery you bought to power the CP of the nuke you were sending to the White House it sparked up which caused the gun powder to ignite which lead to the burns.
 
just don't tell them at all.
