Pretty much, I need a site like youtube, I also want it to have an ad-system in place, I was click bombed and unfairly banned. Pretty much done with Google fucking over all of the smaller people like me, so I would like to change sites, I will just use like 30 second snippets to drive traffic to my videos on the other site.

I know places like blip.tv has ad programs but does it really have a youtube feel? Can you upload play recorded and edited videos as I am much better on them then live streaming.

Please post some suggestions and features the site(s) have I would highly appreciate it.
 
Hmm, like youtube..

First thing that popped up in my head was "Vimeo" But i don't know if it got the AD system, you might wanna check it out?

Maybe you haven't been screwed by google adsense, I liked it before that. Not too much the new premium channels etc on youtube, the real youtube sense of real people not celebrities is slipping away. Also, yea I have looked at them a little and they may have an ad system but free accounts only have so much storage a week etc so I would need to buy vimeo plus but I am still looking in too it. Thanks for your response

I've never tried it personally, but I watch a fair few tv shows on it and i always see advertising for montenizing

Yea, I would probably average about $6 per 10k views though, but better then nothing. Also do you know anything about their spam protection such as auto surf sites?
