If they get charged back I would say id pay them back but it would take a while depending on how much so I can't make promises. My paypal works on and off so i don't want any more money sitting in my paypal when I can't use it.

You go to paypal.com/cash and redeem it. And the $200: It's from a guy you don't know it's only $200. If he charges back on you I'll try to pay you back as soon as I can but no promises of when. Lmk cuz I need the money
Whoever I decide to redeem it also has to hold it and $200 I got coming in from a deal. If they won't do both I won't chose them and it has to be someone I can kinda trust
