Will someone let me use there acc with 50 fishing or higher so I can go fishing for swordies my fishing pure got banned today and I can't appeal I keep getting denied!

Also I have a lvl 85 non members in dragon etc looks pretty legit anyone wanna help me? I need members on it fml I'll give 70% i'll take 30%

He means, why is this in the runescape hacking section? There is no hacking involved in this...
 


I believe he's implying that he has an account that is not his with a bunch of p2p items that he wishes to liquidate. Also - should anyone get him p2p he'll split profits 70/30. I assume that this account is hacked/stolen.
