I need a 3.0ghz or higher processor!

Could someone suggest a processor that is 3.0ghz or higher (preferabily higher)?

I need one for a new game that i bought and it requires a high quality processor.

Are these really fast, i need something that i can play MW2 in non laggy conditions.
 
Both of them are fast but the second one is faster . i recommended the second one.
 
Ok thanks, i need something that is fast. The one i have atm is a Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80ghz....
 
Nah i got a 3.0ghz processor, now i need a video card lol. Thanks for the help guys.
 
If anything you want either a Radeon or a QuadroFX, even thought eh Quadro may be for workstation purposes its a beast gaming card.
 
Lol, same. Also, I got a new graphics card and it doesnt work for some reason...
 
You install the driver correctly? I had a problem like that.

I just realized this... MW2 is slow as crap. Anyways guys, thanks for helping out. Also my graphics card (nvidia geforece 7600gt) is now working. All i need now is an external Hard drive to keep MW2 on and wont lag my computer!
 
Try AMD Phenom II x6 @ 3.2 Ghz...
Its a six-core and it's only $270 compared to Intel's six core @ 3.2 Ghz for $899
And the Phenom II x4 @ 3.4 Ghz is only like $180
