My Greendot card has $35 on it but for some reason it won't let me add it to my PayPal nor buy anything when I just put $50.00 on it but payed $15 for Hosting.
I need to buy a $30 theme for my forum, but Can't use the $35 I have left due to what I said above.
I know I'm not upgraded but I can give you $4 that I have on PayPal now then pay you back within 15 days. I have $171 in my Wallet but I need to get a ride to the store.

p.s: I got Negative repped due to me stating my opinon, and one guy told his friend to - me because he didn't like me then his rep got removed. Sooo, yeah.
