Well as some people might know I'm making a service and this guy who said he'll do graphics for me said he'll resize the images he made me because my partners agreed they were too big. He then requested he teamview me for a bit to "see something". So I said why not because he's been trust worthy to me. So he asks for the directory of the images he made me. He then proceeds to delete the whole folder and everything he could before I exited out of the window. I've been trying to use recovery software for the graphics but nothing seems to be working.

But "luckily" -,- I have the .psd he gave me that he used to make them. So now I'll have to make them. RAWRRR.

But me + Copper are working on it. We got it under control. Lost 10$ but It's ok, I learn from my dumb mistakes.
 
You sound like a smart guy. No offense but you know that there's people out there that do stuff like this so this is all on you. You should have taken better precautions.

Most of us are well aware that allowing someone you don't know access to your computer can be very dangerous, especially if you don't know what they're capable of doing.

In this situation, you had the power to decide whether or not to trust him with your files and unfortunately you were taken for granted. It's a lesson learned in time, that's all. I hope you're able to get your files back.
