I have a problem I need my family to help me out!

I have a brother inlaw named Jame's he was fired last year and he has to been living off of the system.. He is unemployed

I live with my brother inlaw and sister Because I'm currently going to school I get $1000 bucks from Social security because my father passed away since I was 9yr
I would get the whole $1000 and I would get $250 for myself and give him $750 for rent because I go to school! To cover my rent And work.. And well.. Since he got so money hungry from big brother now he takes all of the $1000 and I have no say in the house.. And I have "Rules" I can't play games passed 9:30 can anybody please help me out what I should do?

He's a dick, he doesn't listen me and what I have to say always treats me like a 3rd class citizen.. I always get in trouble because I'm never home, I always leave the house a mess.. And it's grimy As fuck

It's your $1000 first of all, legally. So he has no right to take it. Why don't you use the money from the $1000 & your full time job, and move out?
