I would train at Bandit Camp, Or armored zombies with salve amulet

Guthans is more for defense, if you wanna power train, bring prayer pots and a SGS and good prayer gear. (verac's is good)...i'm not sure on good prayer bonus gear for over 45 def (im a zerker)
