Its more like i am getting paid to do stupid shit, thats how i think of it, just like if you work at fast food you would think the same thing. It is sort of funny. I can honestly say it is a little bit weird your first few times.
 
Here's exactly what I would tell them. I would just explain to my mother and father that I am into instagram (which I was) and that I was selling shoutouts. Tell them people basically pay you to advertise their page. Tell them you did not want to use your real name or that the theme is kind of girly and you didn't want to sound feminine. Therefore you are posing as a girl named Maddy.
