I feel sad. What should I do?

I have a friend of mine who always ask this question to me every night. I always ask her why and she told me she didn't know why. I'm confused because how can she feel sad without a reason. What do you think is a good advice to tell her??

If you feel sad and you can't help yourself but to cry and become sadder, talk to your friends or to someone to whom you are sad about because they may help you a lot lot more with your problems.

Does she goes to church? My cousin's friend felt her life is okay. She have a boyfriend, good friends and good family, stable job and don't have much problem in life but still unhappy. One day my cousin invited her to go to their Christian church and after that day her friend told her that she realized now what is missing in her life. She has never though of that. Now her friend feel so much happy after knowing God and welcoming him in her life. She realized that God is the one missing in her life. Now she is happy.

I think she should try to analyze what is making her sad.Whether it is a particular situation or are the circumstances themselves making her feel sad.Only if the reason can be discerned,a solution can be thought of.She could also try talking to a counsellor.

i also feel that way sometimes but in order to take that feelin' out from her you should take her out get some fun or rather do some things that she would definitely forgot what she felt right now

Every person in their life face this problem many time. In this situation every one do something which they liked very much and which gave them coolness. For example i liked music very much so whenever i feel sad i listened my favourite music which help me to relax.

it's okay to be sad but later on, you're going to figure out what really makes your friend sad. have you talked to her about the way she is making you sad too? you should try to open up your feelings to her to. she's your friend and anything that makes a friend sad can affect you to. just be there on her side and everything will be okay. evil:evil:evil:

She doesn't know why she is sad, i don't know her age but if she's an adolescent, it's normal. Minor hormonal related teen depression. She must talk to a therapist or someone with whom she feels confident. She must oblige herself to get up and have fun in order to force herself to focus on something else and not on her depression.
