Ok Guys i havn't been doing coding for a while now and i forgot alot since i been doing lots of Graphic Desings..

but i am builidng a Software and i need help for the following functions:

i want to crate Small .exe file that, will do the following:
1. you install it Check make sure you have .net frameworks 3.5
* Then it goes to a website Url and Download another .exe file
* Auto Runs,
* Auto Download the Rest of the Tools i need it on it.
* all these done in Background but that does not freez your program
* also shows a Check Mark wich program have been Downlad it

Like an installer some programs use.
Download the downloader from a URL and the downloader downloads the files from another URL?

I might beable to code the basics but nothing fancy.
 
I don't know either. Sorry.

You might ask Bleepy since he'sa good VB coder. Or Carolus, he's a Java guy.

yes i did it i will post the code and show you how i did but when i i clic downlad tools it feezes my program and i have to wait for 2/5 min before i can tuch anything else on that progam so i want not to freez my tool.. but bleepy if you can do it i will check my code and will post here then you can help me thanks..

so if you can just do me a coding for a to check the .net framework 3.5 and go to another link and downlad another .exe file then once that .exe file i want that to auto run. in auto run will downlad the rest of the other tools i need on it wich i will give you codes

Im not 100% sure how you would download a file without the user having to choose to accept it.
The other problem, factor resolved above.
 
ok i am back from work Bleepy Look

1. Customer goes to site for EX: support.mysite.com then there will be Link to that says DOWNLOAD NOW"
2. they Click Run and then they Accept
3 Once this is done That .exe file will do the following
Goes back to the site for ext files.mysite.com then downlads the main tool, wich is another .exe that exe will have inside lots of Different Options but its Password protected so not everyone can access it only Authorized Staff.

i dont know if you understand.?
 
Yep I do, but I dont know how to make it so that the user doesnt have to individually accept each download.
Ill do some experimenting, but I cant promise anything.
 
ok bleepy we will talk on msn about this we mayhave to do a Remote so i can show you what i have done so far i really do not want to post codes of what i am doing for the fact its going to be used for business purpose so we will talk on msn
