I don't feel good

I was sitting down listening to my favorite song and all of a sudden. My arms and feet started getting hot, like sweaty hot and the rest of my body is cool. It's 68 degrees indoors right now. I stripped to shorts and a thin t-shirt and I am still feeling this. I haven't eaten anything unsual and I do not feel good. I know nobody here is a doctor or shit, but any ideas of what I should do? I am already chugging cold water, but I'm not sure.
