That rain soon turned into ice, and cars were swerving into ditches and trees all over the place. I did not expect for the same to happen to us. Then my mom all of a sudden swerves from the middle lane over to the left, and we did slid right into the grass. Then we didnt stop, did a 360 in the grass, I thought we were going to flip. Then we slid into the south-bound lane, going north. We almost got hit by oncoming traffic, but luckily they were smart enough to brake or swerve around us. We then slid into a ditch. A firefighter came over because we had our hazard lights on. He helped us get back onto the road, and we had cut through the grass until we got to the hotel. But we are all fine, and that is the good part.
Thanks for reading.

Hope said:Holly shit dude, same sprt of scenario a couple years back. So first off, my family was going on vacation to Lake Tahoe and we just got off the freeway which we were on for about 16 hours because of a blizzard(usually takes like 9 coming from SD) and we hadn't hit any black ice yet so we kept on going and then out of nowhere we hit the ice and travel about 90 feet even with 4x4 drive and we literaly said our prayers almost because our brights hadn't worked and it looked like we were going off a cliff. Somehow we hit a rock which pinoted us into the only rail that was there, thus why I am still here
