i am confused

hello everyone i am very confused, is advertising is legal here i mean can i do advertise my site here...??
i don't see this any rules but mostly sites are not allowed advertising own site so tell me....

I think its okey for you to advertise your site, dont know why it wouldent be okey!
If people can advertise other PTP sites, you can advertise your site

yes i was also confused but i think we can advertise our websites here now. we can get good page rank by advertising our website here in my view.
