My friend a couple weeks ago, took some cash of mine.

I always hated him...So I went to his house he couldn't find any of his xbox games.

So I found them why he was upstairs.....I took: Mw2,Mw3, GTA IV, GTA Stories of liberty city and Saints row the third.

Later that day, I said we are no longer friends. Free games
 
Obviously the perfect way to handle a situation.

That's assault. In which i would of been persucuted. If I use stealth to steal, I don't get in trouble. DERP!
 


Pretty sure you could have taken him to a small claims court for theft. Now he can do the same.

No it isn't assault. He wouldn't do jack shit, as you are a minor and he'll make no money just waste money on a lawyer. Stealing is wrong, you should of confronted him and asked for you money back rather then stealing. Loosing a friend over however much you may have had is no way to go. (I doubt you had a lot).


You pulled an idiotic move, if he wanted to persecute you he could for theft, and you would have to pay up for stolen property.

I re-opened this thread, just to tell you Mike, that I will not be in trouble for anything I did. I'm willing to bet. If I had anything of course.
 
I swiv shit from people I hate all the time, I've jipped numerous ps3's, xbox 360's, games, weed, booz, cash, etc,.
