it is a watch/timepiece from The Hunger Games
The Hunger Games wiki definition:
"A c*mmunic*ff looks like an oversized watch but instead of showing the time, the face displays a printed message."
I honestly don't expect to get anything out of this tag, but I decided to see what you guys think.
