WARNING:
This is tested, And has shown to ruin some discs, It's not the 100% best way to remove it, Go to your local FamilyVideo or Video Store, and See if they have a Buffer for Discs, Its 95% Sure to work.
Things you will Need!
1. WHITE Toothpaste (Other toothpaste not Tested), OR Peanut Butter. (Jiff Prefered)
2. a SOFT Cloth, I.E Glasses cleaner cloth.
3. a Sink
4. Washclothes (2 or 3)
Optional -
5. Rubbing Alcohol.

Grab your Disc, and go to your Sink.
TEP [T]WO
Get the White toothpaste and spread it directly on the ring, Try not to get it on the middle part, it might ruin it!
TEP [T]HREE
Let it sit for 15 Minutes
TEP [F]OUR
Pick it up again, and put it in under water for 10 Seconds
TEP [F]IVE - OPTIONAL
Rub the Rubbing Alcohol over it.
TEP IX
Now clean the toothpaste off COMPLETELY with your washcloth, First with Wet one, then a Dry one.

Turtle Wax
WD40
