For the 3D objects, Blender, C4d, really anything with 3D Capabilities (might be able to get away with C4D Lite in After Effects)
Create the animation in the software of your choice, render it out was Quicktime or PNG sequence with Alpha Channel enabled (or any other transparent backing setting) and import the file(s) into PS as an image sequence.

Go on youtube and watch some videos on how to make your own 3d models and what not.
It isn't that hard, you just need to use the shapes.
Or you could google some premade models.
