How will you react when you angry ?

everybody has their own style when they are angry, can you express your act?? how often will you get angry..

Whenever i'm angry I just punch any wall I see, it's weird but it calms me down a bit. I broke my hand 3 months ago because I punched a wall in my room, I broke through the drywall and hit the support beam pretty hard.

I usually remain silent giving that person a cold treatment. Im not the type of person who shouts when angry, since I could be strangled or slapped for that. And I would never punch a wall because guys only do that. And besides it hurts. Or worse, I could have broken bones.

I think i'm just gonna do the following things:

- shouting loud
- punching the wall
- get into fight

just simply i will walk out and think of my remedy to get my temper lower

I will normaly fight the person who has made me mad this usualy calms me down.

It totally depends upon the situation demand, how the person is reacting to me who am angry with.
