How to view xbox tenure without xbox live gold?

If you recover them on your xbox, scroll over to the right so you can see your avatar. Click on your avatar and it will say your tenure.
 
just go to the billing history.

form there it'll show the 1st download you did on that account.
 
you can call xbox and they can tell you

or if you want tell them when you made the account
 
get your gt off your banned console by using a USB and logging on with a unbanned console that should work or just call microsoft and tell em you forgot the email you should no the security question billing info etc.
