How to turn .ogg files into mp3 [mac]

I decided to make this guide because I was downloading an audio book and realized I needed to get it exported and change the file type.

What is ogg?
"Ogg is a free, open container format maintained by the Xiph.Org Foundation."

Why do we want to convert it into mp3?
So that itunes will be able to open it and we can put it onto our music device. Also once its mp3 its much easier to convert to any source you enjoy.

1. Download your .ogg file. It should be like this "[ogg vorbis - 43MB]". Ignore the other stuff but look for the ogg
2. Download switch for mac [Free trial]: http://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html
3. Add your file and if you want to improve the quality of the sound go ahead and mess around with the interface.
4. Enjoy your mp3 file!
