"Username_Here" Runescape
"Username_Here Runescape"
Username_here "Runescape"

Those three will most likely pull up the same exact results but sometimes they can vary. I hope this will help you out in recovering . I might make my own little TuT on recovering accounts.

They're basically self explanatory when you enter them. Upon entering Spokeo it will prompt you with this:

Basically you just enter whichever information you have on the person and wait for it to load . Hope this helped.
