Introduction: This tutorial will allow you to listen to music from you computer on an Xbox, cell phone, and most other internet connected devices!

What you need: Windows 7. I have tried this on Vista and it didn't work for me. You also need a device that can pick up the stream.

Step 1: You will need to have all your music in Windows Media Player which means your music can't be all over the place.
You will need to organize all your music into a folder, the easiest one to put into is the Music folder.
It doesn't have to be completely organized, but it can't be in multiple places. I find the music section to be the easiest place to have it all, and its pretty easy for Windows Media Player to recognize it.

Step 2: Once all your music is in one place and its picked up by Windows Media Player you have to allow streaming
You can enable streaming by selecting the option my mouse is over.

Step 3: So after you have all your music in Windows Media Player and allowed Streaming you have to apply media information changes

After you have followed those three steps you should be able to listen to you music on devices that can receive the stream.
On Xbox you just go to the media part of your guide and when you go to select music your computer should be an option!
