I personally use HxD, it's free for life instead of hexedit 30 day trial.
 
We should do that again. We are the people who got it banned on HF after all, lololol.

The last time it was banned it was because of all the scamming Omni got all pissy and banned it. The first time a long ass time ago it was banned because of jagex
