I honestly, never thought this would work.. but it did!
I lined up 2 firefox windows (they were both resized to be small) and had both of my accounts ready to login.
I placed half the login button to overlap half of the other window and then extremely swiftly, clicked one half (one window's login) and then the other half (other window's login) so that each account was logging in with each other within a split second of time.
NOTE:- you must do this very very fast or it won't work.. you'll get the error: too many connections from this address

Old method is old. But thanks for reminding me of it. I've been needing to transfer some gold.

or you can just sign in on powerbot and runescape.com works for me all the time
 
It's easier if you use the Runescape Clients.
 
Relatively old, but still helpful for those who aren't aware of it yet.
 
I've know this for ages but still useful as Pogo said for people who are not aware.
 
very fast for it to work? You have 15 Minute before runescape checks your IP address for multiple connections on one of there servers, you do not have to be very fast.
 
Dark Core that is incorrect. You have to do them within at least 1 second of you signing in as it checks it now when you login to the same world on the same ip.
 
Within 1 second? rly then why is it i spend at least 5 mins logging on to all my bots + my main account?

What i do is i login to one. trade with my main, leave to on the side.
login to another one, trade, lave it on the side
so on and so fourth.

I i'm unaware, of the official time. The longest time that i have spend is around 15 mins before login on the same world.

obviously it's old news cool, but for anybody who doesn't know.. jeeze -_-

please read the thread properly before posting things like this; i mean the time frame that you have to hit the login button between each account -.-
 
This is very easy. In IE, you can just open 2 windows fullscreen, put your runescape login details on both of them, press login on the first one and then you have to press ALT+TAB extremely fast. Other window will come up and thats it!
 
Easier method:

1: Open your RS client or rs website and log in.
2: Open your bot and log in with that too. (Tried only with powerbot) :O
 
Ron, that's exactly the same as OP but instead of 2 browsers, ones a bot client lol.
