Fortify enchanting potions
New gear with potions makes better gear
(Repeat as many times as you like, but it gets pointless real quick)
Find fortify smithing enchantment
Make better gear
Fortify smithing potions
Smith desired weapon or armour
Improve it wearing smithing gear and after using smithing potion
Find fortify one handed enchantment
Enchant your armour with it
