How to make a YT account with Google+

Hey everyone, today I will be explaining about how to create a Youtube account to the best of your ability despite all this Google+ nonsense.

I wouldn't have posted this, however I've seen user's asking about this, so I thought I'd share my knowledge.

Step 1) Sign up for a YouTube account with either a new email or one that you want to use for the account.

Step 2) Once you have made your account click on your Profile Icon in the top right hand corner and select the cog that says "YouTube settings". Once you are on this page click on "See All my channels or create a new channel" (This will allow you to use a single word as your alias such as "Fate" rather than the Google+ username you would normally be stuck with).

Step 3) Go to the top right hand corner and click "YouTube Settings" again. Underneath your alias there should be "advanced". Click on this and then go on "Create Custom URL" This will be the link that directs people to your channel. Obviously "Fate" will be taken, so it is advisable to name this part as something memorable as something that people will remember such as "ThisIsFate".

There you have it. Your own YouTube account that doesn't have to be a Google+ Account.
