Hello all. Today I am going to show you how to make a border in Photoshop.
First open Photoshop.
Make it how much you like. After that Write a text or Add a Render (To add go File>Place)
After that is done add a layer.
After that use Rectangular Marquee Tool on the render, go right click with the mouse and go Stroke.
