Only thing I can think of is proper diet and exercise. Pills can be handy, but don't rely on it. Most of it are fake and/or would pretty much 'help' you in ruining your body more. lol.
Mostly we tend to be confuse being thirsty to being hungry, one thing you should do if you are hungry drink water first. There are no ways of loosing weight fat, it will just do you no good, like slimming capsules etc, do it the natural way less rice and exercise
my oby advice me take some pills i loss weight but then when i stop taking eat, im getting bigger and bigger again, and also i stop it because i fell dizzy taking it.
Its not like If you eat less, you will be thin. If you eat more, you will be fat. No.
Eat balanced diet and alot of exercise in a proper way is the way to reduce weight.
Remember, balance diet include fats too like ghee, butter etc [Not over, but balanced]
