How to increase my website PR ?

Your suggestion required, I have a website (http://www.freesongs-sms.blogspot.com) about free download songs, movies, software's, game etc.

I want to increase my blogs PR. please help me.

First of all, buy a top level domain (.com/.net/.org), get some decent hosting, then start getting backlinks for your site. The easiest way to do this is google: dofollow blogs. Once you see a blog in that google search result that's similar to yours, leave a thoughtful comment under one of their posts and leave a link to your blog after your comment.

Without buying any domain, you can get your PR to a maximum of 5 by putting up quality content and getting a lot of backlinks from other high PR sites. Submit your blog to high PR directories such as DMOZ and you'll see your PR shoot up soon. All the best!
