Okay guys so heres going to be my tutorial on how to get your money back from a scammer using PayPal.

Steps in order
  • Call Paypal
  • When directed on the phone say "Dispute" or "Claim"
  • When speaking to a PP representative say that you were scammed by a person on an online forum
  • After that you want to be polite but state that you are very frustrated
  • Try not to mention that whatever you got scammed by was an "online item"
  • Next they will make a dispute and from there it will turn into a claim


Process
  • After the claim is made if the seller does not respond to the email PP sends them you will be REFUNDED
  • The process will take 10 days so be patient
  • After the 10 days are up the money will be refunded


There you go problem solved!

If you file a disbute and you paid as a GIFT it WILL GET CLOSED and not in your favor. So no your method is flawed

Well I sent all of the payments as a gift and I got it all back

This way is not guaranteed to work.. Post proof all you want this method is flawed still bro.

You can but if you speak with a PayPal rep it makes everything faster and they listen to you. So if you sound kind of mad they will help you get your money back.

Hope not dude. I got scammed by cuff for 50 bucks and i got it all back
