How do you guys get Twitter followers besides buying them?

Is there a follow train of sorts on this site?

Just curious as I'd like some active followers that I can actually interact with.

Usually following alot of ppl will gain u alot n just google twitter follow trains there should bebe some or u can get shoutouts by bigger people also on twitter there are follow trains u just gotta retweet

These steps helped salvage my twitter.
